Certa Legal Credit Management offers you the possibility of contracting a Collection Service Contract. For a fixed annual fee, we will then take over collection of all your outstanding invoices for you. Under a Collection Service Contract, you can submit all your receivables, without limitation, to our specialists, who will start work on them right away.

 

Within two weeks, the situation regarding payment, or the reasons for default, will be clear. In the latter case, our lawyers will advise you on a potential follow-up process. They will also answer all your collection questions free of charge.

 

We will increase your receivable by collection costs and charge these to your debtor. These collection charges form our fee, so that if your debtor pays in full, we will not charge you any further amounts. If the debtor pays only part of the amount due, we will continue the collection process, by agreement with you, with the aim of still achieving full payment. Only if you request complete discontinuation of the collection process will you be charged collection costs for a part-payment.

 

Where necessary and desirable, we will take legal action for you, at a reduced rate of €125 per hour exclusive of VAT. Thanks to the internal cooperation with Certa Legal Attorneys, your claim will be in good hands, whatever the amount or the degree of complexity.
