Education
Ernst-Paul studied Dutch law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has successfully completed the postgraduate course in Bankruptcy Law at Grotius Academie, as well as the Financial Economics for Trustees course at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
He also completed the Liability Law course at Grotius Academie, which enables him to offer expert management liability advice to his business clients.

After his studies, Ernst-Paul worked for six years as a lawyer at a medium-sized law firm in Noord-Brabant. In early 1999 he switched to a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam, where he was a partner as from 2004. Ernst-Paul joined Certa Legal as a partner on 1 February 2008. At Certa Legal he combines his specialist areas with broad experience as a trustee in bankruptcy cases and as an administrator in suspensions of payment. Ernst-Paul’s clients vary from private individuals, such as directors and shareholders, to small and medium-sized enterprises.
