Work experience
He has more than six years’ work experience, four of which at several law firms. Before gaining that experience, he worked in ING’s legal department, where he was mainly involved in the worldwide separation of the ING banking and insurance divisions. During his career as a lawyer, Kevin has focused primarily on advising companies in the field of contractual joint ventures and distribution, franchise and agency agreements. He has also been involved in various mergers, acquisitions and public-private partnerships.
